How many organizations have made the pledge, and of what kinds. How consent and access are being recorded in practice. Aggregate patterns from the anonymous pool, published only above contributor thresholds and with privacy noise applied.
Signatories are credited in each edition. The first edition is planned for the first quarter of 2027.
